Funeral Services were conducted today in Dallas, Tex., for David Jack, 57, a former Crawfordsville resident. He died from injuries suffered when he fell from the roof of a garage Saturday Oct 28 in Dallas. Mr. Jack owned and operated an ice company in Dallas. He attended Crawfordsville High School and was the son of Carl and Ruth Jack, formerly of Crawfordsville. The elder Jack was associated with Morris and Jack Greenhouse. Survivors include the widow, Rosemary; a son; three daughters; his father, Carl of Castleberry, Fla; his stepmother, Vera; a brother, William of Indianapolis and a sister, Thelma Todd of Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his mother. - kbz
